GWI Project Managers have been appointed by the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Treasury to lead a team of 30 professionals to provide specialist technical services to numerous Municipalities across the KZN Province. The intervention is focused on improving the delivery of infrastructure at these municipalities, mentoring the officials and developing procedures and processes to expedite the delivery of these projects.
The technical services being offered are supported by a specialist in Supply Chain Management and we have developed a web-based reporting system to monitor and control the progress of this intervention service.
The team has been identified as the “Crack Team” with a specific mandate of expediting delivery and ensuring that projects are providing value for money.
