The development includes the establishment of a private upmarket gated residential estate within the Umhlanga area in KwaZulu-Natal. The initial works included the provision of infrastructure and security to prepare the estate for individual freehold residential developments. GWI was appointed as Principal Agent to lead a professional team for the construction of the Gate House, Management Offices and a number of initial show houses. Additional services included project construction management and advisory services for the infrastructure that was provided for the main estate.
