The development of an upmarket lodge at the Songimvelo Nature Reserve, a nature reserve in the east of Mpumalanga Province and on the border with Swaziland. This project is near completion and it shall be handed over to an operator that has extensive experience in managing lodges in both South, Southern and other parts of Africa.
The project entails the upgrading of 11km of gravel track from the Reserve’s entrance gate to the lodge site. The lodge site is perfectly positioned on the banks of the Komati River with spectacular views of the natural bush and roaming game.
A 20-bed guest accommodation facility in 10 beautifully constructed chalets, a central lodge with recreational facilities and accommodation for staff to operate the lodge.
